La Mer is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the La Mer brand to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their skin type and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the account.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to La Mer's high standards of housekeeping.
- Previous retail industry experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
