About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Employee Experience to lead our people operations in London. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to performance management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates for all positions
  • Employee Development: Oversee employee development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth
  • Performance Management: Manage performance management process to evaluate individual performance, set goals, and provide feedback
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Experience in a stand-alone or small People/HR function where you've owned, led, and delivered various aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • CIPD qualified (level 5 or 7)
  • Broad generalist skill set
  • Comfortable as the 'go-to' for all aspects related to People
