Job Overview

We are seeking an Employee Experience Director to lead our Learning and Talent Development team at LEK in London. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless employee experience through effective learning and development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment. You will also have strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics, as well as excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Defining and overseeing the delivery of new projects to improve learning effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of industry and client needs
  • Providing expert guidance to L&D team members in managing the direction of the curriculum through planning, content design, teaching format, timing by level, instructional methods, etc.
