Senior Consultant, HR Advisory, Strategic Partner

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality client work, business development, and practice development.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to deliver insightful solutions to clients.
- Interview client employees and managers, and facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Assist in preparing high-quality deliverables, such as documents and presentations.
- Work with client counterparts to scope work, gather requirements, and gather feedback.
- Oversee junior team members and manage deliverables.
- Lead work streams and manage teams of consultants and analysts.
- Develop client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to business development by assisting with proposals and bids.
- Identify opportunities to win new business and suggest ways to grow the practice.
- Proven experience in HR and consulting, with a strong understanding of HR operations and transformation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to apply knowledge and expertise in client scenarios, focusing on high-quality results in high-pressure situations.
- Personal insight and good judgment when solving business issues.
- Experience managing client expectations and relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
