Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people in our care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care to children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the needs of children and young people are met
- Provide guidance, supervision, and support to support workers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care
- Manage the day-to-day running of the home, including ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children and young people
Requirements:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in children's residential care
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and experience of managing a team
- Understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements of the residential care sector
