About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Night Care Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Night Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care team to provide personalized care to our residents, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate care quality to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
