Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Templewood Recruitment Ltd. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and taking on their responsibilities when they are away.
Key Responsibilities- Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
- Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
- Provide stellar customer service, resolve complaints and address concerns
- Supervise and train employees, organise rotas and delegate tasks
- Motivate staff, give praise when things go well and help them improve in areas they need to
- Assume responsibility in the Store Manager's absence, develop and grow the store alongside the manager
- Maintain excellent site standards, keep the site safe and healthy for staff and customers
- Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businesses

In this role, you will be responsible for converting sales and helping customers make informed decisions. You will also achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities and provide stellar customer service, resolving complaints and addressing concerns.
