Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our rapidly expanding Leicester team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their performance and skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control and Learning & Development teams to arrange coaching and training sessions.
  • Drive engagement and promote sales incentives for the team to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Adopt a flexible and enthusiastic approach to achieving financial goals and maintaining high standards of customer care.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and lead a dynamic sales team.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to make quick, sound decisions based on knowledge and judgment.
  • A strong leader with a person-centric approach who will be proactive, visible in the business, and looking to contribute in meaningful ways.
  • Able to take data and information and translate it into insight to drive decision-making.
