About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pitch Systems Executive to join our team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the enhancement of our global pitching function and directory submissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Global Pitching Systems: Deliver effective daily operations and general maintenance across all global pitching systems.
  • Enhancing Automation Features: Lead the execution and ongoing improvement of our global pitching automation features, ensuring smooth integration and maintenance.
  • Developing Reports: Create and launch reports to stakeholders, providing valuable insights into pitching activities and return on investment using PowerBI.
  • SUPPORTING END-USERS: Provide expert guidance to end-users, enabling them to utilize pitching systems effectively.
  • Managing Content Libraries: Drive the ownership and strategic management of our standard content library and processes.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work with Pitching Managers and Pitching Systems Manager to develop and execute a communication plan.
  • Analyzing System Performance: Evaluate system performance and related activities to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a systems role.
  • Preferred experience in database configuration, data analysis, and data management on credentials or pitch automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with pitching processes, workflows, and associated activities.
Salary Information

Estimated salary: Market Rate (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), dependent on experience.
