Job Title: Compliance Leadership Opportunity

LendingCrowd, a leading fintech business, is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the company's compliance strategy and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in compliance management, preferably within an FCA-regulated business. They will be responsible for overseeing the compliance function, managing reporting on compliance monitoring outputs, and ensuring that the company meets its FCA obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the operational and reporting capacity in all compliance, regulatory, governance, and risk matters
  • Evolving the company's Compliance Monitoring Framework to suit changing business risks
  • Directing compliance monitoring in a regulated financial services environment
  • Reviewing complaint responses and managing the company's Complaints Management Framework
  • Managing legal process and execution, covering a suite of template lending and operational documentation
  • Directing the execution of the company's Governance Framework
