Job Description: As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals to deliver care and support to patients and service users. Your duties will include providing personal care, supporting daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ months of UK care experience, a DBS on Update Service (we can assist if needed), and registration with Social Care Wales. You should also have flexible availability and transport access.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate, with weekly pay ensuring you get paid fairly for your work. This includes free uniform and holiday pay, flexible working and contract bookings, and a HOOP Happiness wellbeing package. The estimated salary for this role is £12-£15 per hour, depending on experience.
