We are seeking a skilled Technical Hardware Support Specialist to join our team at YourParkingSpace. As a key member of our hardware control room, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking infrastructure across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our hardware estate, including ANPR cameras, payment kiosks, and barriers, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client expectations and key performance indicators, and work closely with installation and maintenance teams to deploy signage packs, kiosks, and cameras.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and report technical faults, and provide first-line support for hardware issues and day-to-day problems.
- React promptly to hardware faults and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in computing is essential, with full training provided.
- Able to work weekends on a pro rata basis (every 1 in 4).
- Confident communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables and internal obligations.
- Basic analytical skills, IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated.
- Own vehicle required.
