We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy countryside site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality visitor experience, while also managing compliance and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver events and activities
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure site compliance and maintenance

As a Site Manager with the National Trust, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and historic environment, while also developing your skills and experience in a busy customer-facing role.

Requirements:

  • Significant operational management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience
