About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Runnymede, a unique and historic site with a rich cultural heritage. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that visitors have an engaging and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the site's operations, including visitor experience, compliance, and maintenance tasks
  • Work closely with the Property Operations Manager and other teams to deliver events and activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve visitor engagement and experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including volunteers and local partners, to achieve site goals

Requirements

  • Significant operational management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to balance visitor experience with revenue generation
  • Experience of assessing and leading risk, with knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
