About the Role

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM marketing campaigns across our French speaking markets. Your goal will be to deliver second-to-none CRM marketing campaigns that help position our brands as the number one betting and casino products in their markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning and executing revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns within assigned countries
* Work closely with CRM Managers to develop and execute promotional design briefs to different departments
* Execute, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms
* Monitor country-by-country performance data and use this to devise ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer value
* Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all customer value segments
* Use key data insights to help build new customer segments, ensuring customers get the right communication, at the right time
* Perform marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation
* Conduct competitor analysis and market development to enable Premier Bet and its associated brands to better the offering of our competitors

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple campaigns
* Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions
* Experience in the gaming industry is beneficial
* Marketing mindset and analytical traits
