Job Summary

Deutsche Windtechnik Ltd. is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on wind turbine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Carry out unscheduled maintenance and retrofits as needed
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Lead a team of technicians and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Replace major turbine components, such as generators and gearboxes
Requirements
  • Relevant formal qualifications, such as SVQ/NVQ level 3 in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering
  • Comprehensive experience in a relevant industry, such as wind farms, power stations, or industrial process plant
  • Valid driving license
  • Valid health and safety certificates
  • IT proficiency on MS Suite
