Job Summary

Deutsche Windtechnik Ltd. is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of wind turbines, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on wind turbines, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with wind turbines
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant formal qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in a relevant industry, such as wind farms, power stations, or industrial process plant
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
