- Team Leader & Mentor: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of recruitment specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and branch goals.
- Market Strategist: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities, adapting our approach to remain competitive in the healthcare recruitment landscape.
