We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Crawley region by winning new business, networking, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Win new business by proactively engaging with clients, making strategic phone calls, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
- Network and leverage social media to identify new business leads and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports on business development activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
