About the Role:
We are seeking a strong leader to join our team as a Branch Manager at National Plastics - SBD. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the branch team to provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch team to achieve branch performance targets.
- Mentor and coach team members to bring out their best performance.
- Ensure the branch is running efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a trade counter environment or similar role.
