We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our new Healthcare Recruitment office in Crawley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the region and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including office management, performance monitoring, and recruitment.
- Manage staffing needs for the branch, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a passion for winning new business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment industry and market trends.
