KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our new Healthcare Recruitment office in Crawley.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development to drive business growth in the Crawley region.
Key Responsibilities- Winning New Business: Proactively engage with clients, implement innovative marketing strategies, and leverage social media to expand our client base.
- Networking: Attend networking events, identify new business leads, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through effective communication and relationship building.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on business development activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient resource allocation and administrative oversight.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, providing feedback and guidance to meet branch goals.
- Recruitment: Manage staffing needs for the branch, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Salary: £40,000 + Benefits
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday- Friday
