Supply Chain Coordinator

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from stock control and despatch planning to operational control systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day support to the warehouse and logistics team, including reviewing stock levels and ensuring timely despatch of orders.
- Coordinating the sales order process and dispatch of orders, liaising with the warehouse team and third-party logistics providers.
- Analysing stockholding and identifying opportunities for improvement to maintain stock value for internal KPIs.
- Providing first-line contact to third-party logistics providers, coordinating the movement and storage of stock, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests and tasks as required.
The Person:
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong background in supply chain or logistics, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or foodservice. You will be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications and business systems, with excellent communication and organization skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders is essential.
