Supply Chain Coordinator

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from stock control and despatch planning to operational control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring all facets of the supply chain are running efficiently.
- Work closely with the demand planner to ensure no past due customer orders, reacting quickly to action messages.
- Analyze stockholding to maintain optimal stock value for internal KPIs.
- Coordinate the sales order process and dispatch of orders, liaising with the warehouse team.
- Provide first-line contact to third-party logistics providers, coordinating the movement and storage of stock and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Advise on shortages and deal with operations issues such as refusals of delivery, damages, and late arrivals.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and tasks as required.
The Person:
We are looking for a self-starter with experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or foodservice. You should be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications and business systems, with excellent communication and organization skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders is essential.
What We Offer:
