Job Title: Supply Chain Performance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Performance Manager to join our Procurement and Supply Chain Management team at Egis Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing strategic supply chain plans, and implementing processes to improve supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Meet and coordinate with scoring teams to ensure accurate scoring
- Update supply chain performance dashboard to track key performance indicators
- Conduct supply chain performance data analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Implement and develop processes for supply chain management, including material purchasing
- Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with company policies and processes
- Provide necessary interface information between customer, supply chain, and other departments
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to create a mutually beneficial working environment
- Collate 360 feedback from supply chain to embed continuous improvement
- Encourage a transparent and collaborative review of performance, forward planning, innovation, and value
- Drive a collaborative reduction in risks and waste
- Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Support the implementation of sustainable procurement practices
- Support the embedment of SRM plans throughout Egis Group and Highways
- Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
- Undertake Modern Slavery Audits
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and highlight potential points of concern
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs to support the developing nature of the business
- Supply chain performance management experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and Word
- Power BI experience is a bonus
- People networking skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Enthusiasm and results focus, with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good negotiation skills with both internal and external customers
