The role of Stocks and Planning Coordinator at our client is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join their fast-paced Fresh Produce environment.

As part of their team, you will work closely with the Stock and Planning Manager to ensure all aspects of raw material, stock control & supply chain management are efficient and meet the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily and weekly planning in the ERP system to optimize production performance and meet customer demands.
  2. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of live fresh produce stock.
  3. Close jobs on the ERP system once complete to ensure full traceability of stock and packaging is maintained and information captured is accurate for invoicing.
  4. Monitor and investigate if stock movements within the production team are recorded accurately on the ERP system.
  5. Monitor Fresh Produce stock levels to ensure daily raw material stock levels meet customer orders, and schedule raw material arrivals to meet factory needs, identifying and resolving any stock issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  1. Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG sector experience.
  2. Background in planning, forecasting, and stock control.
  3. Knowledge of product supply to retail customers, across the supply chain process.
  4. Excellent IT and numerical skills, with the ability to use systems, spreadsheets, and multitask.

Up to £45k - dependent on experience
