Job Description

Junior Business Analyst Opportunity for Private Equity Real Estate Investor


The opportunity is for a highly numerate and organised individual to join a fast-paced UK Real Estate Investor as a Junior Business Analyst.


Reporting directly to the CEO of Melford Capital Advisers Ltd, an expanding out-of-town retail park platform, the candidate will be responsible for assisting on deal underwrite; responsibility for the group's database of tenancy information.


There is a clear path for progression in a well-funded, acquisitive organisation for a candidate who has strong communication skills, is highly numerate, competent with MS Excel and a positive work ethic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deal underwrite and financial analysis
  • Manage the group's database of tenancy information
  • Provide financial and business insights to support investment decisions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
