Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Liberty. As a Junior Business Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our business by providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with stakeholders to capture requirements and identify key opportunities for improvement
  • Use analytical and storytelling skills to present complex data insights to business owners
  • Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc customer insight reports
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to deliver action-oriented insights
  • Analyze CRM campaigns across all marketing channels, including post-campaign analysis to ensure ROI on activity
  • Continuously improve existing reporting methods within Liberty
  • Improve the efficiency of existing reporting methods using data visualization and techniques in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Help monitor customer data quality and ensure any issues are appropriately resolved or escalated with IT stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and customer experience

  • Data visualization and Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid Analytics
