Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Business Insights Analyst** to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our Insights & Analytics team, you will play a vital role in providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You will work closely with our Insights & Analytics Manager to develop key analytics strategies and approaches to improving processes within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and identify key opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize analytical and storytelling skills to present complex data insights to business owners
  • Own the development and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc customer insight reports
  • Work closely with the Insights & Analytics Manager to deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions
  • Analyze CRM campaigns across all marketing channels, including post-campaign analysis to ensure ROI on activity
  • Continuously improve existing reporting methods within Liberty
  • Enhance the efficiency of existing reporting methods using data visualization and techniques in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Monitor customer data quality and ensure any issues are appropriately resolved or escalated with IT stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proficiency in analyzing data sets in Excel
  • Ability to present results and key recommendations in PowerPoint (or equivalent tool)
  • SQL and data interrogation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
  • E-commerce analytics experience
Desirable Skills
  • Data visualization and Business Intelligence skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid Analytics)
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Retail and customer experience expertise
  • Marketing campaign analysis skills
