Lead Insight Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Insight Analyst to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a Lead Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement large-scale analytics programs to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement measurement plans
  • Establish detailed reporting and visualization tools to help clients understand their digital performance
  • Analyze digital user behavior across multiple channels and platforms
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior-level client stakeholders
  • Manage a small team of analysts and provide guidance on tool quality and analysis outputs
Requirements:
  • Advanced practical knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Numerical aptitude in using Excel to analyze data
  • Previous experience supporting junior team members
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Extensive experience working with senior client stakeholders
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
