Lead Insights Analyst

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Insights Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Data Analytics team. As a Lead Insights Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on some of our largest projects and key accounts, providing key, actionable insight and critical recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement measurement plans to track customer behaviour, working closely with our implementation analysts.
  • Establish detailed reporting and visualisations to help clients understand the performance of their digital channels.
  • Analyse digital user behaviours in detail, across a wide range of digital properties, using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Present findings to senior-level client audiences, helping them understand the implications for their business.
  • Collaborate with our internal UX and design teams to inform the creation of new websites and apps.
  • Provide training and support to clients, answering their queries and running sessions.
  • Lead a small team of analysts, developing their skills and driving the quality of their work.
Requirements:
  • Advanced practical knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
  • Numerical aptitude in using Excel to analyse data.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A proven track record of delivering large insight projects for leading B2C organisations.
