About the Role:

Junior Sales Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Business Analyst to join our team at S&P Global. As a Junior Sales Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle.

  1. Develop industry knowledge and understand the products and sales cycles of various businesses.
  2. Analyze data and trends to support sales strategy and revenue generation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities.
  4. Represent our company and solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.
  5. Assist with sales campaigns and client event management.
  6. Assist with other projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product specialists.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
  5. Fluent English required, additional languages an asset.
