Healthcare Support Worker

At Care Outlook LTD, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes in the East Sussex area.
As a healthcare assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

The Role:
- Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring, and recording keeping
The Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
- Working every other weekend
- Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP
Shifts available for Care Assistants:
- 07:00am - 15:00pm
- 07:00am - 19:00pm
- 15:00pm - 22:00pm
- Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do
As this role is in the community, you must hold a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.
No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
To support non-drivers, we offer an electric bike scheme with contributions towards the cost of a high-quality electric bike to help you get around for work.
