The Role: Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers who are also drivers to join our team in Newhaven. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, providing them with the support they need to thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with individuals and their families.
  • Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities and community events.
