About the Role

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with residents based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Motivate individuals to recognize and develop their unique talents and abilities.
  • Encourage active participation in social and leisure programs designed to enhance well-being.
  • Provide practical support with daily living tasks, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.
  • Contribute to administrative duties and maintain the health and safety of the building and residents.

You possess:

  • Experience or knowledge of working with homeless populations or vulnerable individuals.
