About the Role

The Saltaire & Windhill Medical Partnership is seeking an experienced IT and Data Quality Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT systems, ensuring they meet national and local targets, and maximizing income and improving patient care.

Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Business Manager and lead GP Partner in IT to support the Practice growth strategy. This will involve leading on innovation and the best use of IT and the SystmOne clinical system to benefit the Practice, identifying new technology, products, suppliers, and services that could improve the cost effectiveness and efficiency of our existing and new services.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a recognized IT and/or IG qualification, excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to formulate strategy and produce operational policies and procedures. Experience of managing a customer-focused team and working in an NHS setting is desirable.
