We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Atlantis Medical, providing community rehabilitation services to housebound adults with various physical conditions in the Midlands region.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist to work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and agreeing on therapeutic goals and treatment plans with patients and carers, and managing a caseload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments using verbal, non-verbal, and skilled physical techniques to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage a caseload autonomously, prioritizing clinical needs and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Rehabilitation Technicians as needed, ensuring high-quality care and support for patients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in community rehabilitation services. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
