Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of health conditions and backgrounds.
- Complete assessments and treatment plans, as well as specialist occupational therapy assessments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote discharge to assess and adopt a 'home-first' mindset.
- Champion the role of occupational therapy within the department, trust, and local area.
- Participate in supervision of students and develop skills to become a practice educator.
- Access training, supervision, competency frameworks, and professional development groups.

Requirements- Broad clinical experience at undergraduate level.
- Working as part of an occupational therapy team and multidisciplinary team.
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC Registration.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy at graduate level.
- Understanding of the legal responsibilities of the profession.
- Knowledge of professional standards of practice and code of conduct.
- The ability to comprehend and work within trust policies of data protection, equal opportunities, and health and safety.
- Understanding of clinical governance and its implications for the occupational therapy service.
