In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients\u2019 needs and developing individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

* Contribute to the clinical education of less experienced staff or undergraduate Therapy students
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* Professional Registration with HCPC
* Portfolio evidence of CPD
* Membership Royal College of Occupational Therapy
* Membership of RCOT Specialist section - Neurological Practice

Person Specification:
Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* Professional Registration with HCPC
* Portfolio evidence of CPD
* Membership Royal College of Occupational Therapy
* Membership of RCOT Specialist section - Neurological Practice
Experience:
* Sufficient postgraduate experience to demonstrate ability to meet the personal specification and fulfil the job description
* Able to write complex reports in English
* Experience of working as part of a Therapy team and the wider MDT
* Experience of delegating to and supervising junior Occupational therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants
* Specific experience within the field of Stroke/Neurology
* Contribution to the clinical education of less experienced staff or undergraduate Therapy students
* Experience of community services
* Understanding of the cognitive hierarchy and its impact on Rehabilitation
