Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role:
Landscape Services is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Grounds Maintenance and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate team activities to meet contract specifications
- Plan and organize staff schedules and resources
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency
- Source and procure materials and chemicals while adhering to legislation
- Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating risks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Grounds Maintenance experience
- Full UK driving license
- PA1/PA6 certification
- Demonstrable machinery maintenance and use knowledge
- Demonstrable Health and Safety knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Experience leading a team (desirable)
