Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Associate to join our API Services team. As a Technical Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients with our API products, managing API quotas, and providing technical support to ensure seamless integration with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and set up new customers with our API services and configurations.
  • Participate in client calls to discuss requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and manage API usage quotas, ensuring timely notifications to client-facing teams.
  • Manage API keys and credentials for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Specialist team to resolve support tickets.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process using dedicated software and report on client status.
  • Liaise with the Customer Success Team to manage renewals, API quotas, and keys.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting APIs and working in a customer-facing role.
  • Proactive approach to client onboarding and technical support.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure.
  • Desire to learn new products and technologies.
