About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Associate to join our API Services team at FullCircl. As a Technical Solutions Associate, you will play a critical role in onboarding new clients with our API products, ensuring seamless integration and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and set up new customers with our API services and configurations.
  • Participate in client calls to discuss their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage API quotas and notify client-facing teams of approaching limits.
  • Manage API keys for new and existing clients.
  • Apply for credentials with third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Specialist team to resolve support tickets.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process using dedicated software and report on client status.
  • Liaise with the Customer Success Team regarding renewals, API quotas, and keys.
Requirements
  • Alignment with our core values (G.R.A.F.T.).
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting APIs.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A proactive approach to helping clients through the onboarding process.
  • A strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure.
  • An inquisitive mindset and a desire to learn new products.
