Deputy Nursery Manager Job Opportunity

Link3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team in London (SE22).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional childcare and education for children aged 0 to 5 years.

This Deputy Nursery Manager role is a permanent, full-time position (4 days a week) with immediate start.

We require a qualified and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager who will drive innovation and excellence in our nursery setting. Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this Deputy Nursery Manager position, you will need:

  • A minimum NVQ Level 3 Childcare, Learning, and Development or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a Deputy Nursery Manager or in a nursery setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
