Job Title: Store Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Store Manager Trainee to join our team at END. in London.

The Role:

This permanent, full-time position offers an estimated salary of £22,000-£27,000 per annum. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will support the Management team in training, familiarize yourself with the entire running of the Store Operations, and maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Management team in training to ensure all staff are equipped with knowledge relevant to the industry and the specific product END. represents.
  • Familiar with the entire running of the Store Operations with a good working knowledge of the processes behind all services and procedures.
  • Maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to continually improve performance, communicating them to the Store Manager regularly.
