Job Summary

De Beers Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Network Development Director to lead the development and execution of our global retail expansion strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our brand presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global retail expansion plan, including location selection, store typology, and brand image alignment.
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform network strategy.
  • Collaborate with market teams to maintain a network of retail estate agent partners and research potential store locations.
  • Ensure De Beers re-enforces existing strong and strategic relationships with key landlords and landlord groups.
  • Develop and manage a consolidated global network development plan, including location, store typology, and commercial objectives.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in luxury retail expansion planning and execution with a reputable retailer.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing cross-functional process design.
  • Strong knowledge of China and APAC retail landscape with experience in brand retail go-to-market strategic planning.
  • Ability to read and quickly analyze commercial dynamics of a business and units within.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
