About the Role:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues promptly to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures, safeguarding project integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), leveraging tools for efficient project delivery.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in project principles and practices.
