Room Leader

KiddyKare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team in Walton-on-Thames.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality childcare services
- Implement and maintain the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in the nursery
- Engage with the Nursery Management Team to ensure compliance with registration and legislative requirements
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the nursery
- Support the Nursery Management Team with employment relations issues
- Assist in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Full understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS
- Full understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of leading a team and dealing with staff issues
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety requirements
