Customer Relationships Data Executive

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Relationships Data Executive to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving impactful marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Head of Customer Relationships and Marketing Business Partners (MBP) to deliver targeted customer data that maximises revenue. You'll be responsible for segmenting customers, extracting data, and creating highly effective direct mail, email, SMS, and personal contact campaigns.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing critical insights that shape our marketing efforts. You'll also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of various marketing objectives, optimising campaign rules, and delivering detailed reports on customer performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Relationships and Marketing Business Partners to deliver targeted customer data
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to provide critical insights
  • Track the effectiveness of various marketing objectives and optimise campaign rules
  • Deliver detailed reports on customer performance and profitability
