Job Title: Customer Data Services Executive

We're on an exciting journey of growth, and we're looking for a talented Customer Data Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in driving impactful marketing campaigns that maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Head of Customer Relationships and Marketing Business Partners to deliver targeted customer data that drives revenue growth.
  • Segment customers, extract data, and create highly effective direct mail, email, SMS, and personal contact campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing critical insights that shape our marketing efforts.
  • Track the effectiveness of various marketing objectives, optimize campaign rules, and deliver detailed reports on customer performance and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in manipulating customer datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL-based software.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
