About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Campaign Data Analyst to work closely with our Head of Customer Relationships and Marketing Business Partners (MBP) to deliver targeted customer data that maximises revenue. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in segmenting customers, extracting data, and creating highly effective direct mail, email, SMS, and personal contact campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing critical insights that shape our marketing efforts. You'll track the effectiveness of various marketing objectives, optimise campaign rules, and deliver detailed reports on customer performance and profitability.

By collaborating with the MBPs and CRM team, you'll help prevent communication overlaps and ensure that campaigns are deployed seamlessly and on time.
